Regional Fair Planning Committees
We are currently seeking volunteer committee members for the Regina and Saskatoon Regional Heritage Fairs. This would be a long-term commitment, but would not require a significant mount of volunteer time. Committee members take on a portion of the planning for each event. The registration management will continue to be the run by the Heritage Fairs Coordinator. We welcome teachers, retired teachers, other educational staff, and Heritage Fair alumni to join the planning committees. Volunteer Judging
We are always looking for judges for our Regional and Provincial Fairs! The judges are an incredibly important part of the Heritage Fairs, and they would not be possible without them! Judges are only required to commit to being present during the full judging period of the event. Heritage Fair alumni are welcome to participate. If you are interested in participating as a judge, please contact our Coordinator.
Volunteer Assistants
Are you looking for some experience with helping facilitate events? Volunteering as an event assistant at the Regional or Provincial Fairs is a great opportunity for Heritage Fair alumni or students to stay involved with the Fairs. What does this role look like? On the day of the event, assistants will help get students signed into the Fairs, help the Coordinator by handing out materials, answering questions, leading groups to activities, etc. Please reach out to the Coordinator if you are interested!
